By accessing and using MeetYourMentor ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

2. Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

4. Mentorship Relationships

The Platform facilitates connections between mentors and mentees. We do not:

  • Guarantee the quality or outcome of any mentorship relationship
  • Screen or verify the credentials of mentors
  • Assume responsibility for interactions between users
  • Guarantee the accuracy of information provided by users

5. Content

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you post on the Platform. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

Prohibited Content

You may not post content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Payments and Fees

Some features of the Platform may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MeetYourMentor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MEETYOURMENTOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MeetYourMentor operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
